How to Layer Necklaces

Layering necklaces can be so fun! Who doesn’t love a good necklace stack? You have so many options when it comes to layering necklaces but it can get pretty annoying when they end up in a knot.  Here are some things to consider when creating the perfect necklace stack!

LENGTH

Choose chain lengths that are at least 2-3” different in length.  That means if your shortest necklace is 15” You will want your middle necklace to be at least 17” or 18”.  The difference in length space out your layers.

TIP: IF your necklaces are the same length, removable extenders can help!

WEIGHT

Try to choose chains with different weights to them. The heavier chains mixed with lighter chains helps to prevent tangling, and it looks great!

MIX

Don't be afraid to mix it up! Try different chains, different metals, different textures - You can't go wrong.  Having a few different textures creates more interest in your stack!
